1. Vendor participation
The vendor applies to participate in the Expo under the package selected in the application. Participation and booth assignment are subject to organizer approval and verification of payment. Submitting an application or making a payment alone does not confirm booth assignment. The organizer will communicate acceptance and the confirmed event details in writing.
2. Package and payment
Available packages are Early Bird – Vendor, Early Bird – VIP Vendor Package, General Vendor, and VIP Vendor Package. Vendor packages cover vendor showcase participation; VIP Vendor Packages also include access to the workshop series. Early Bird registration is available through December 31, 2026; General Vendor pricing applies from January 1, 2027. Complete, review, and submit the application and accept the agreement before proceeding to payment. Review the final package description and total at checkout before paying and retain the receipt. Payment is processed separately by Square.
3. No refunds
All vendor registration payments are final and nonrefundable. This applies to Early Bird Vendor, General Vendor, and VIP Vendor packages.
No refunds will be issued for:

- Failure to obtain required permits, licenses, or insurance.
- Removal from the event for violating the vendor agreement or event rules.
- Dissatisfaction with booth location, attendance, sales, or business results.
- Failure to use workshops or other benefits included in the selected package.
- Event cancellation, postponement, or disruption due to natural disasters, severe weather, or cancellation by the venue.
Vendor spaces and package benefits cannot be transferred to another business without written approval from The Empowerment Group LLC.
By submitting the application, signing the vendor agreement, and making payment, the vendor acknowledges and accepts this refund policy.
4. Event details and booth requirements
The exact event date, venue, booth dimensions, included equipment, electrical availability, and setup and breakdown instructions are not yet confirmed. The vendor acknowledges these pending details. The organizer will provide confirmed information before the event. Any additional contractual terms will require separate acceptance; this agreement does not authorize undisclosed fees.
5. Vendor responsibilities
The vendor will provide accurate business and contact information, display only approved products or services, obtain permits or licenses required for its activities, comply with applicable venue rules and laws, maintain a safe and orderly booth, and clean its assigned area. Food and beverage participation is subject to venue approval. Sales and customer transactions at the booth are the vendor’s responsibility. No level of sales or attendance is guaranteed.
6. Electronic acceptance and copies
By confirming that the application and complete agreement have been read and reviewed, entering a typed full name and selecting the agreement and no-refunds acknowledgments, the signer confirms authority to act for the named business and intends the typed name to serve as the vendor’s electronic signature on this agreement. The website stores the agreement version, accepted terms, selected package, typed name, and acceptance time with the application. The vendor can view and print a copy in My applications. To request a paper copy or arrange a paper signature, contact empowermentgroupllc03@gmail.com. Electronic acceptance of this agreement does not charge a payment or confirm organizer acceptance.
